What is Arfric?
Arfric is a comprehensive social media platform that enables users to chat, create and share content (text, images, videos), create channels for video content, run advertising campaigns, and participate in special interest communities focused on topics like mental health, disaster response, and community concerns.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, download the Arfric app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and tap "Sign Up". You can register using your email address, phone number, or connect with your Google or Apple account. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your profile setup.
Is Arfric free to use?
Yes, Arfric is free to download and use. Core features including messaging, posting, and creating channels are completely free. We offer optional premium features and advertising tools for users who want enhanced functionality.

Chat & Messaging

How do I start a chat?
Tap the Messages icon at the bottom of the app. Select the compose icon (usually a pencil or plus symbol) in the top right corner. Search for the user you want to message and tap their name to start a conversation. You can send text, images, videos, and voice messages.
Can I create group chats?
Yes! When composing a new message, select multiple contacts to create a group chat. You can name your group, add or remove members (if you're the admin), and share content with everyone in the group simultaneously.
Are my messages private and secure?
Absolutely. All messages on Arfric are protected with end-to-end encryption. This means only you and the person you're communicating with can read your messages. Not even Arfric can access your private conversations.

Posts & Content Creation

What types of content can I post?
Arfric supports multiple content formats including:
  • Text posts with rich formatting
  • Images and photo galleries (up to 10 images per post)
  • Video uploads (up to 10 minutes for regular posts)
  • Short-form video content (up to 60 seconds)
  • Live video streaming
  • Polls and interactive content
How do I edit or delete a post?
Find your post in your profile or feed. Tap the three dots (...) menu on the top right of your post. Select "Edit" to modify your post content or "Delete" to remove it permanently. Note that editing is available for a limited time after posting.

Channels

What are Channels?
Channels are dedicated spaces where you can upload and organize video content around specific themes or topics. Channel owners can upload long-form videos, create short video clips, access analytics about their channel performance, and manage reporting tools to track engagement.
How do I create a Channel?
Tap the Channels tab, then select "Create Channel." Choose a name, description, and category for your channel. Upload a profile and cover image. Once created, you can start uploading videos and building your audience. Channels can be public or private.
Can I monetize my Channel?
Yes! Eligible channels can monetize through our creator program. You can earn revenue from ads displayed on your videos, receive tips from viewers, and participate in brand partnerships. Check the Monetization section in your Channel settings for eligibility requirements.

Campaigns & Ads

How do I create an ad campaign?
Navigate to the Ads Manager from your profile menu. Click "Create Campaign," select your objective (awareness, engagement, conversions), define your target audience, set your budget and schedule, and create your ad content. You can track performance in real-time through the Ads dashboard.
What topics can I create campaigns about?
Arfric supports campaigns across various categories including:
  • Mental health awareness
  • Disaster response and relief
  • Community concerns and issues
  • Environmental initiatives
  • Education and awareness
  • Business and promotions
All campaigns must comply with our advertising policies and community guidelines.
How much does advertising cost?
Arfric offers flexible advertising options to fit any budget. You can start with as little as $5 per day. Costs vary based on your targeting, competition, and campaign objectives. You only pay when people see or engage with your ads, depending on your chosen bidding strategy.

Privacy & Safety

How do I report inappropriate content?
To report content, tap the three dots (...) on any post, comment, or profile. Select "Report" and choose the reason that best describes the issue. Our moderation team reviews reports 24/7 and takes appropriate action. You can also block users from your privacy settings.
How do I make my account private?
Go to Settings > Privacy > Account Privacy. Toggle "Private Account" to ON. When your account is private, only approved followers can see your posts, stories, and channel content. You can manage follower requests from the same menu.
What data does Arfric collect?
We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services, including basic profile information, content you share, and usage data to improve your experience. We never sell your personal data. Review our full Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection and usage.
